About

25 years of teaching, a single direction

Born in Malta and based in France, John Sammut has been teaching meditation and Tai Chi Chuan for over 25 years. His work is not another technique: it is a precise training of attention, allowing you to directly perceive how tension, thoughts, and reflexes organize themselves — and how to release them.

Classes combine silent sitting, postural work, and Tai Chi Chuan practice, in small groups or individual sessions, online or in person.

  • 2013 European Tai Chi Chuan Champion
